Travel Protection & Trip Cancellation Waiver: Amazing Journeys highly recommends you purchase Travel Protection. For US citizens, our tour operator offers a travel protection and cancellation waiver for $269. You may cancel for any reason up to one-day prior to the start of the first component purchased from Amazing Journeys for this tour package. This Cancel For Any Reason policy must be purchased at the time of deposit. Click here for full policy terms and details. If you are requesting a double occupancy room, should you need to cancel, you will be responsible for the difference between the double occupancy and the single occupancy rate as your roommate will still be occupying the stateroom. Once purchased, this policy is non-refundable. More information will be sent with your tour confirmation.

Flights and Transfers: Airfare is not included with the tour cost.  You will fly into Phoenix, AZ (PHX) and out of Las Vegas, NV (LAS). Flight parameters will be sent with your trip confirmation. Transfers from and to the airport are available at the start and the end of the tour for an additional fee.  Further details will be provided in the weeks prior to the tour departure.

COVID Precautions: Amazing Journeys is currently requiring all travelers on our tour to be vaccinated and provide proof by supplying a card issued from the CDC. Masks will be required as local laws require. We are not filling our bus to capacity so that we can have some social distancing. Hand sanitizers will be distributed. Depending upon the situation at the time of this trip and the destination, some tour components may be modified, including meals. Many of our activities will be outdoors and there are some indoor venues as well. At this time our tour operator is not requiring Covid testing or proof of vaccine, but please be aware this may be something your airline of choice, our hotel, the venues or state law may require. It is up to each traveler to be aware of any requirements or changes.

Passports & Visas: If you are from outside of the United States, a passport is necessary to travel on this itinerary. It must be valid for six months beyond the last day of the trip. Please note that visa requirements can change at any time and it is up to the traveler to be aware of visa requirements.

Gratuities have been included on this tour and include tips for the tour manager, local guides, drivers, luggage porters and included meals.
