Day 1 – Friday, July 19 – Venice, Italy
Depart at 5 pm – Welcome to Italy! Venice is like no other city in the world. Established more than 1,000 years ago by seafarers and Roman refugees, this magnificent city continues to be the heart of Italian culture as well as a mecca for hopeless romantics. We board our ship, Celebrity Silhouette, and begin our amazing journey!
Day 2 – Saturday, July 20 – Ravenna, Italy
Arrive at 7 am, depart at 6 pm – The “Mosaic City” of Ravenna is renowned for its 1500-year-old churches, decorated with exquisite Byzantine mosaics of brilliant color and amazing detail. It can also be a gateway to other spots with claims to historical fame. Bologna, with its magnificently preserved, uniform architectural style, and not one, but two leaning towers, is the site of the first institution of higher learning in the Western world, for which the term “university” was coined. And the tiny Republic of San Marino, dating from 301 AD, it is perhaps the oldest surviving state and constitutional republic in the world.
Day 3 – Sunday, July 21 – Dubrovnik, Croatia
Arrive at 12 pm, depart at 8 pm – Dubrovnik is a jewel in the crown of the Mediterranean, and one of the most beautiful cruise ports you will find anywhere in the world. Encircled by medieval ramparts, ancient streets, historic buildings and stone houses, it has a rich cultural heritage, both from a Jewish standpoint and otherwise. Dubrovnik sits on the edge of the Dalmatian islands, facing the deep blue waters of the Mediterranean. The surrounding countryside provides glimpses of life the way it used to be.
Day 4 – Monday, July 22 – At Sea
Today you’ll get to enjoy all you came on a cruise to do…relax poolside with your new friends while sipping a Pina Colada, enjoy learning about the different destinations with onboard enrichment programs, de-stress with a hot stone massage, try your luck in the casino or enjoy one of the Specialty Dining experiences.
Day 5 – Tuesday, July 23 – Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy
Arrive at 7 am, depart at 7 pm – Once the center of the Ancient World from which emperors ruled over nearly all of western civilization, Rome is still a cultural mecca. Stroll the ancient halls of the Colosseum or gaze upon the ceilings of the Sistine Chapel. Take photos at the famed Spanish Steps or the Trevi Fountain. Eat Gelato! Shop to your heart’s content. Rome never disappoints!
Day 6 – Wednesday, July 24 – Naples, Italy
Arrive at 7 am, depart at 7 pm – Located on the southern coast of Italy, Naples has spectacular scenery that attracts artists from around the world. Taste one of Naples’ greatest contributions to western civilization – pizza – invented to honor the Queen of Italy in 1889. From Naples, it’s an easy journey to visit other much loved destinations, including the Isle of Capri, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast or the ancient ruins of Pompeii.
Day 7 – Thursday, July 25 – Catania, Sicily, Italy
Arrive at 9 am, depart at 6 pm – The port town of Catania is the island of Sicily and sits in the shadows of Mt. Etna, still an active volcano. Nearby is the beautiful seaside town of Taormina with its complex history with roots in Greek mythology and amphitheater. Walk through the narrow alleys and cobblestoned streets enjoying the sights and sounds of quaint Sicily.
Day 8 – Friday, July 26 – Valletta, Malta
Arrive at 8 am, depart at 6 pm – This tiny Mediterranean country is part of an archipelago of five islands. It’s beautiful harbor town of Valletta is more than 7,000 years old and has been inhabited since 5,000 BC. In addition to a number of significant works of art, this town is known for the many fortifications built by the Knights of Malta, who for years helped care for European pilgrims and crusaders en reoute to and from the Holy Land. The Valletta Waterfront is one of the nicest cruise ports in all of Europe and there are many shops and restaurants nearby.
Day 9 – Saturday, July 27 – At Sea
Participate in one of many onboard Amazing Journeys programs, learn a new skill in one of the onboard classes, play a game of cards, take a yoga or pilates class, enjoy destination influenced entertainment. It’s all part of the cruise experience!
Day 10 – Sunday, July 28 – Kotor, Montenegro
Arrive at 8 am, depart at 6 pm – Kotor offers some of the most well preserved architecture in all the Adriatic coast, with landmarks such as the Cathedral of Saint Tryphon. Built in 1166, there are frescoes dating back hundreds of years, and much of the gold and silver relief work done by the city’s master craftsmen of that time are held for safe keeping within its walls. The Old City is one of the best preserved medieval towns in the Adriatic and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its history and natural beauty.
Day 11 – Monday, July 29 – Split, Croatia
Arrive at 7 am, depart at 6 pm – Lined with palm trees, this Adriatic seaside town is also a cultural mecca. Within the walls of the Diocletian Palace, you’ll discover historical buildings, numerous museums, the National Theatre and a collection of old churches. Culture, beauty, natural wonder – Split has it all.
Day 12 – Tuesday, July 30 – Venice, Italy
Arrive at 10 am – One of the world’s most beautiful cities also happens to be one of its most unusual. Venice is actually spread over 120 islands in the Adriatic Sea. Because the city is connected by canals instead of streets, a good way to see Venice is on a romantic gondola ride. The epicenter of the city is St. Mark’s Square, where you’ll find the 900-year-old St. Mark’s Basilica. Visit the former Jewish Ghetto (its where the word Ghetto was born) and see the old synagogues that remain. Visit the islands of Murano, known for the famous glass blowing; and Burano, known for its colorful houses which line the waterfront as well as handmade lace. We overnight in Venice, giving you an opportunity to experience the ambiance of this romantic city by day and then under the stars. It’s the most romantic city in the world!
Day 13 – Wednesday, July 31 – Venice, Italy
Disembark at 7 am – Soak in the last of your Mediterranean experience as we head home, taking with us new friends and memories of a fabulous vacation.

What are you waiting for?
We're hearing from more travelers that they’re done postponing travel. They’re choosing the trip, even if no one else in their life is ready to go. But here’s the good news: going “solo” doesn’t mean going alone. Group travel for singles is one of the best ways to see the world.
