Room Types and Roommate Matching: Accommodations within camp are varied. To make it simple, we have broken it down into two types:
Upgraded Accommodations – Each bedroom accommodation is within a house with a public area and shared bathroom accommodations (sharing between 2-5 people is possible, depending upon accommodations). We are encouraging single occupancy only in these units to be as safe as possible with regard to Covid safety. These cabins are “winterized” meaning they have heat and cooling.

Rustic Accommodations – Think typical camp cabins. These can be used as single or double occupancy (even triple). They are large enough to be socially distanced while you sleep, but we’ll offer roommate matching, just in case you’re afraid of night sounds or that predictable camp spider makes its way into your cabin and you want someone to hear you scream 😊 There are bathrooms connected to each cabin and they have multiple toilets and showers so that you can claim your own, even with a roommate These are “non-winterized” cabins, meaning no heat or cooling. A space heater is available for night use if necessary.

We must have a minimum of 15 participants in order to operate this camp experience.
Items listed on this website are subject to change at any time. By providing payment you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined on this website.

Transportation: We recommend driving to camp. It is located near Morgantown, WV. Directions will be given as we get closer to the date of travel. Flying in to this destination is not recommended. Transportation is not included with the tour cost.
Covid Precautions: We specifically selected a summer camp setting so that we have plenty of outdoor space to get together in a responsible, socially distanced way. Single occupancy accommodations are encouraged, except in our large, ventilated “rustic accommodations.” Masks will be required in all indoor public spaces. Most events will be held outside and we will be having reminders of social distancing. Hand sanitizers will be distributed and frequent hand washing and sanitizing will be encouraged throughout your stay. Public spaces and guest bathrooms will be cleaned and sanitized on a frequent basis. Meals will be served in a very large dining hall and tables will be spread apart and we will limit the number of people sitting at each table. Our activities will be mostly outdoors as well as some of the meals. Some Arts & Crafts may be offered indoors in a large, ventilated space.
Weather: Weather during May brings average temps of highs in the mid-70’s and lows in the mid-50’s. The majority of our activities will be happening outdoors. In case of inclement weather, some outdoor activities may be moved indoors to large, ventilated spaces. We urge you to dress appropriately.
Dress: Like all camp experiences, a packing list will be sent your way ahead of our visit.
Bedding: We will be providing bedding for your camp adventure. However, if you have a favorite pillow or sleeping bag you’d like to bring, be sure to bring it along!
Smoking Policy: All facilities are camp are non-smoking, except for the porch behind the Counselors Lounge
Taxes: State and local taxes, are included with this program for included activities.
