Cancellation Policy for Cruise: Prior to April 18, 2023, there is a $75 penalty for cancellation. From April 19 – June 9, 2023, the cancellation penalty is the amount of the deposit for the cruise package. From June 10 – July 25, 2023, the cancellation penalty is 50% of the cruise package. From July 26 – September 6, 2023, the cancellation penalty is 75% of the total cruise package. Cancellations made on September 7, 2023 or after and “no-shows” will receive no refund. There is no refund in the event of interruption or cancellation after the start of the cruise.

Travel Protection: A Travel Protection Plan is highly recommended. Information will be included in your confirmation letter.

Passport & Visa Requirements:All passengers must present a valid passport (valid for six months beyond the last date of travel) to board the vessel. Non-US, Canadian, UK or EU Citizens may be required to have a visa in addition to a passport. If you are from a country other than those mentioned above, please check with the embassies of the United States and Canada to find out if visas are necessary.

COVID Precautions: Until further notice, we require you to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 at least two weeks before departure, and a booster is recommended to keep you healthy and safe while traveling but at this time, not required. Please send us a copy of your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card with the CDC logo by email or fax to Amazing Journeys. We do not test for COVID-19 or any other diseases. It is up to each traveler to be aware of any requirements or changes to state and country mandates and airline requirements as they are changing often. Depending upon the situation at the time of this trip and the destination, some cruise components may be modified, and masks may be required as determined by the CDC.

Port Taxes, Government Fees & Gratuities: Port taxes, government fees and gratuities have all been included in the rate. Port taxes, government fees and gratuities are subject to change.  Should oil costs go above $65 per barrel and the cruise lines add fees, Amazing Journeys reserves the right to add them to the cost of the package.  The cost will be no more than $10 per guest per day.

Air & Transfers: Airfare has not been included in the cruise rates. Optional transfers to and from the ship are available on the day of ships arrival and departure only, and details will be sent closer to the sailing date. Please don’t book flights until you have received a confirmation from Amazing Journeys.
Flight Parameters: Fly into New York no later than 3:00 pm if flying into JFK or EWR, or no later than 4:00 pm if flying into LGA on October 9. Fly home from Quebec City (YQB) after 9am on October 19.

Dining: Late Dining (8pm) has been reserved for our group on this sailing.  In addition to the main restaurant, there are several specialty restaurants (fees apply), a buffet, poolside dining and room service.
