Pura Vida – it means, pure life. You’ll hear it often in Costa Rica and it’s a mantra Costa Ricans live by. Explore with us as we show you pure life. You’ll see rainforests and cloud forests, waterfalls and volcanoes, beaches and wildlife as we discover this pure land. Visit a coffee plantation in the Central Valley.
We’ll head to the beach community of Guanacaste, a biodiverse parkland, also known for its beaches. Here, you’ll have an option to kayak through the mangroves, search for dolphins or whales on our snorkeling adventure or relax at the beach, taking in gorgeous sunsets.
In Monteverde, we’ll discover the cloud forest where trees grow to 100 feet. Imagine flying across the treetops on our included zip-lining adventure or crossing the hanging bridges as you walk among the treetops with a local expert. Here, you’ll experience gardens filled with hummingbirds and butterflies.
Visiting Arenal, you’ll discover a town at the base of an active volcano with its perfect majestic crater. Here, we’ll cruise on Lake Arenal, Costa Rica’s largest lake. Enjoy the tastes of Costa Rica at a cooking demonstration. Explore the Cano Negro river as we traverse the river in a panga, a covered canoe, where we’ll search for river otters, sloths, monkeys, river turtles, rare butterflies and exotic birds.
All of this plus exclusive Amazing Journeys events, parties and a great group of single travelers from the US and beyond.
