Day 1 – Sunday, June 29 – Barcelona, Spain
Depart at 5 pm – Stroll Las Ramblas, taste tapas, and be wowed by Antonio Gaudi’s architectural flights of fancy in the incredible city of Barcelona. This afternoon, we board our ship and begin our amazing journey!
Day 2 – Monday, June 30 – Provence (Marseilles), France
Arrive at 9 am, depart at 6 pm – This bustling port is filled with history and amazing architecture and is one of the most picturesque ports in France, with fantastic views and scenic backdrops. Walk through the pedestrian square with a beautiful water garden and fountain, as well as trendy shops, cafés and theatres.
Day 3 – Tuesday, July 1 – Nice (Villefranche), France
Arrive at 7 am, depart at 8 pm – Shaded by jagged mountains touching deep blue shores, Villefranche offers sunny beaches, sophisticated resort cities, quaint red-roofed villages and spectacular views. While in the area, you can visit some of its neighbors: Cannes and Monte Carlo. These jet-setters’ retreats are as remarkable for their beautiful beaches as the mansions and boutiques that surround them.
Day 4 – Wednesday, July 2 – Florence/Pisa (La Spezia), Italy
Arrive at 7 am, depart at 7 pm – The port city is surrounded by spectacular Tuscan scenery. Set off from here to explore Florence – the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance and home to world-class art galleries, museums and dining. Take in the architectural wonder of The Duomo or sneak in some shopping at the San Lorenzo Market Stalls. If you’ve already visited Florence, head to nearby Pisa to see its famous bell tower, or enjoy a hike through the lovely villages of Cinque Terre.
Day 5 – Thursday, July 3 – Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy
Arrive at 7 am, depart at 7 pm – Once the center of the Ancient World from which emperors ruled over nearly all of western civilization, Rome is still a cultural mecca. Stroll the ancient halls of the Colosseum or gaze upon the ceilings of the Sistine Chapel. Take photos at the famed Spanish Steps or the Trevi Fountain. Eat Gelato! Shop to your heart’s content. Rome never disappoints!
Day 6 – Friday, July 4 – Naples, Italy
Arrive at 7 am, depart at 6:30 pm – Located on the southern coast of Italy, Naples has spectacular scenery that attracts artists from around the world. Taste one of Naples’ greatest contributions to western civilization – pizza – invented to honor the Queen of Italy in 1889. From Naples, it’s an easy journey to visit other much loved destinations, including the Isle of Capri, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast or the ancient ruins of Pompeii.
Day 7 – Saturday, July 5 – At Sea
Today you’ll get to enjoy all you came on a cruise to do…relax poolside with your new friends while sipping a Pina Colada, de-stress with a hot stone massage, try your luck in the casino or enjoy one of the Specialty Dining experiences.
Day 8 – Sunday, July 6 – Barcelona, Spain
Disembark at 6 am – Soak in the last of your Mediterranean experience as we head home, taking with us new friends and memories of a fabulous vacation.

A deposit of $350 for the cruise ($700 for single occupancy) is due with your reservation. Full payment is due April 10, 2014. Rates are subject to change based on availability. These rates are based on an all-inclusive, custom-designed package that differs from offerings seen in public advertising.

Air: Airfare has not been included in the cruise rates. Transfers to and from the ship are available at an additional cost. Information will be sent as we move closer to the sailing date.
Cancellation Policy for the Cruise and Pre-Cruise Package: Prior to February 25, 2014, there is a $75 penalty for cancellation. From February 25 – April 24, 2014, the cancellation penalty is the amount of the deposit for cruise and pre-cruise package. From April 25 – May 25, 2014, the cancellation penalty is 50% of the total cruise and pre-cruise package price. Cancellations made on or after May 26, 2014 and “no-shows” will receive no refund. There is no refund in the event of interruption or cancellation after the start of the trip.
Cancellation insurance: Trip insurance is optional but highly recommended and is available through Amazing Journeys, LLC. Information will be sent with your cruise confirmation.
Passport and Visa Requirements: All passengers must present a valid passport (valid for six months beyond the last date of travel) to travel on this itinerary. Some countries on this itinerary may require visas. US, Canadian and European visitors do not require visas. If you are from a country other than those mentioned, please check with the embassies of the countries on our itinerary to find out whether you will need to purchase a visa prior to your arrival or at the border.
Currency Fluctuations: In case of currency fluctuations greater than 3%, Amazing Journeys reserves the right to adjust our prices accordingly in order to operate the tour.
Dining Preference: Late Dining has been reserved for our group on this sailing. In addition to the main restaurant, there are several specialty restaurants (fees apply), a buffet, room service, and poolside dining.
Port taxes, Government Fees and Gratuities: Port taxes, government and immigration fees have been included in the rate. Gratuities are also included in the rate. Port taxes, government fees and gratuities are based on May 2013 rates and are subject to change. Fuel surcharges were deleted from the rates due to a suspension in fees by Royal Caribbean International. Should oil costs go above $65 per barrel, and the cruise lines reinstate these fees, Amazing Journeys reserves the right to add them back at that time.
