Cancellation Policy: From the time of initial deposit to July 6, 2022, there is a $150 penalty for cancellation. From July 7 – August 22, 2022, the cancellation penalty is $750. From August 23 – September 7, 2022, the cancellation penalty is 50% of the total cost of the package including air. From September 8 – October 7, 2022 and “no-shows” will receive no refund.  There is no refund in the event of interruption or cancellation by the passenger after the start of the journey.

Travel Protection: Amazing Journeys recommends you purchase Travel Protection. Information will be sent with your trip confirmation.

Flights: International and domestic airfare are not included in the tour rate. Flight parameters for your international flights will be sent in your confirmation letter upon booking. Intra-air will be set up as a group and once available, we will advise of the costs (approximately $1800 – $2000). Airfares are subject to change until airline tickets are purchased. Transfers to and from the airport upon arrival into Sydney and departure from Auckland are not included as we have participants arriving and departing at many different times. The meeting location for the tour begins and ends at our starting and ending hotels. Options for transfers will be offered at a time closer to the travel date.

Taxes and Gratuities: All taxes and gratuities have been included in the cost of the tour package.  These include gratuities for baggage handling (one bag per person), local guides, drivers and meal servers for included meals.  Taxes are subject to change. Gratuities are not included for housekeeping staff in the hotels and tipping is at your discretion.

Passport and Visa: A valid passport is required. Passports must be valid for six months beyond the last day of the trip. For Australia and New Zealand, an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) is required for all visitors and must be obtained in advance of the trip.  The cost is approximately $25 for Australia and $35 for a New Zealand visa for US citizens. Further details will be sent as we get closer to the date of travel.

COVID Precautions: Until further notice, we require you to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 at least two weeks before departure, and a booster is recommended to keep you healthy and safe while traveling but at this time, not required. Please send us a copy of your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card with the CDC logo by email or fax to Amazing Journeys. We do not test for COVID-19 or any other diseases. It is up to each traveler to be aware of any requirements or changes to state and country mandates and airline requirements as they are changing often. Depending upon the situation at the time of this trip and the destination, some components may be modified, and masks may be required as determined by the CDC or the countries we are visiting.

We must have a minimum of 20 passengers in order to operate this tour.
