Wednesday, July 8

Arrive in Rome and transfer on your own to the hotel. The rest of the day is up to you – explore the area, take a nap after your international flight or indulge in local delicacies! This evening, enjoy our first group dinner together. (D)

Thursday, July 9

After a group breakfast at the hotel, you’ll have time to explore the beauty that Rome has to offer. We’ll be offering several optional excursions that provide you the opportunity to explore Rome, whether this is your first visit or you’ve been here many times before. (B)

For those arriving today for the 1-night package, arrive in Rome and transfer on your own to the hotel.  The rest of the day is yours to explore and acclimate to the new time zone.

Friday, July 10 

This morning, we will have a buffet breakfast at the hotel and some free time in Rome before we will transfer to our new home for the next week, Celebrity Reflection! (B)

A deposit of $100 for the pre-cruise is due with your reservation. Full payment is due April 16, 2015. Rates are subject to change based on availability.  These rates are based on an all-inclusive, custom-designed package that differs from offerings seen in public advertising.

• We will match you with a roommate if desired.

Please note – This is a group exclusive vacation package. We are unable to make any of our package components available to anyone who is not part of our Amazing Journeys group.

Cancellation Policy for the Cruise and Pre-Cruise Package: Prior to March 2, 2015, there is a $75 penalty for cancellation. From March 3 – April 16, 2015, the cancellation penalty is the amount of the deposit for the cruise and pre-cruise package. From April 17 – May 20, 2015, the cancellation penalty is 50% of the total cruise and pre-cruise package. From May 21 – June 22, 2015, the cancellation penalty is 75% of the total cruise and pre-cruise package. Cancellations made on June 23, 2015 or after and “no-shows” will receive no refund. There is no refund in the event of interruption or cancellation after the start of the cruise and pre-cruise.

Cancellation insurance: Trip insurance is optional but highly recommended.  Information will be sent with your cruise confirmation.

Passport and Visa Requirements: All passengers must present a valid passport (valid for six months beyond the last date of travel) to board the vessel. Non-U.S.,Canadian, UK or EU Citizens may be required to have a visa in addition to a passport. If you are from a country other than those mentioned above, please check with the embassies of Greece, Turkey & Italy to find out if any visas are necessary.

Currency Fluctuations: In case of currency fluctuations greater than 3%, Amazing Journeys reserves the right to adjust our prices accordingly in order to operate the tour.

Taxes, Service Charges and Gratuities: All taxes and service charges have been included in the rate. Gratuities for the local tour guides and drivers, as well as baggage handling have been included in the rate. Taxes and service charges are based on September 2014 rates and are subject to change.
